For girls entering grades 9-12
Here’s what you’ll learn:
▶︎ Learn how a healthy diet and lifestyle can help you look and feel your best
▶︎ Journal and track your diet, and assess your current eating habits using online programs
▶︎ Become knowledgeable in reading food labels in order to make healthier choices
▶︎ Learn how to choose healthy beauty and personal care products
▶︎ Discover the importance of other lifestyle factors in your overall health and wellbeing, that will lead to a strong mind as well as a strong body
▶︎ Recipe demos and sampling of healthy snacks during each meeting
▶︎ Discussions will include how to make healthy meals and snacks, that your family will enjoy, too! Recipe book and Lifestyle Guide included.
