Lyme Positive Support Group Meeting

Writing for Wellness

Join us for a special session where we will learn how to harness our own healing power with our words. See how journaling can be another great tool in working through our illness to emerge stronger and more empowered than before. Our guest presenter is English/Language Arts teacher, Erin Hudson. She teaches journaling as an effective therapeutic outlet, and blends her love of writing with her passion to help others live their best lives. Our group discussion will take place during the second part of our meeting. Hope to see you there!
